Acceptance

By creating an account or using any part of the Linkscopic services, you agree to these terms. If you are using Linkscopic on behalf of an organization, you agree on its behalf. If you do not agree, do not use the services.

The service

Linkscopic provides access to a live commerce-data layer through a catalog, a REST API, an MCP server, and a price-change event stream. The free plan provides catalog access with price history. Paid plans provide direct API access and coverage scoped to your needs, arranged directly with us.

Accounts and keys

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for keeping your credentials and API keys secure. You are responsible for activity under your account and keys. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

Acceptable use

Use the data and API only as permitted by your plan. Do not resell, sublicense, or redistribute the raw data except as expressly licensed.
Do not exceed applicable rate limits, circumvent access controls, or attempt to reverse engineer or disrupt the service.
Do not use the service for unlawful purposes or in a way that infringes the rights of others.

API license

Subject to these terms and your plan, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the API for your own products and operations.

Data accuracy

We work to keep the data current and accurate, but it is provided on an as-is basis without a warranty of completeness or fitness for a particular purpose. It is market information, not financial, legal, or professional advice.

Plans and payment

Paid plans are custom and arranged by contacting Admin@Linkscopic.com. Fees, billing terms, and coverage are set out in your order. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or stated in your order.

Intellectual property

Linkscopic, the platform, and its software and content are owned by LinkScopic LLC and its licensors. These terms do not transfer any ownership to you.

Termination

You may stop using the services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms or to protect the service. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

Disclaimers and liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the services are provided as is and without warranties, and LinkScopic LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid for the services in the twelve months before the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which LinkScopic LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date above. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
