Who we are

Linkscopic provides a live commerce-data layer, delivered through a catalog, a REST API, a Model Context Protocol (MCP) server, and a price-change event stream. This policy covers linkscopic.com and the Linkscopic services. It does not cover third-party sites we link to.

Information we collect

Account information you provide when you sign up: name, email address, and, for paid plans, company and billing details.
Usage and device data: API request logs, IP address, browser or client type, and diagnostic data used to operate and secure the service.
Payment information for paid plans, processed by our payment provider. We do not store full card numbers.

The product, price, and availability data in our catalog is commercial market data, not personal information about you.

How we use information

Provide, maintain, and improve the platform and API.
Authenticate accounts and issue and manage API keys.
Provide support and communicate about your account.
Bill for paid plans and prevent fraud and abuse.
Monitor, secure, and troubleshoot the service.

This does not change the price you pay. Earning affiliate commissions is a commission-based revenue model and is not a sale of your personal information.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the platform (for example hosting, authentication, and payments), when required by law, or as part of a business transfer. Providers are bound to use it only for the services they provide to us.

Data retention

We keep account and usage data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, access is scoped and least-privilege, and keys can be rotated at any time. See our security overview for details.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. International transfers

We may process and store information in countries other than where you live. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for such transfers.

Children

Linkscopic is a business tool and is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
